We have a 7 day return policy, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
To report a damaged or wrong item, please use the following process.
1. Contact our customer support team via email: email@example.com.
2. Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged or wrong item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question.
Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will contact you and send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
· To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to include the receipt for proof of your purchase.
· The returns of sales item or gift will be not acceptable.
The replacement is sent after receiving the returned item. But the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 2-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
